Blueline Medical Service Ltd is a distinguished independent medical service specializing in the provision of various trained members of staff for events across the North of England, operating 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Established in 2020, offering an affordable medical cover for local events and charities. Since then we have expanding covering events from little village fates with few hundred people to large festivals and agricultural shows with a few thousand attendees. Blueline offers a skilled team comprising cycle responders, Powerboat drivers, Water Rescue specialists, First Response Emergency Care Medics (FREC), first aiders, Health Care Professionals (HCPs), ambulances, and response cars.

Our team at Blueline is committed to working closely with organisers to deliver a personalized service tailored to your specific requirements. This ensures that you receive the appropriate staffing levels and skill sets for your event. Our streamlined policies and procedures enable us to maintain a high standard of medical expertise at your event. We pride ourselves on offering a comprehensive range of equipment and assets that can be utilized to enhance the medical support provided. For instance, we can offer a modern treatment center that ensures privacy for those in need, away from the public eye. In addition, we provide digital communications and an event medical controller to ensure efficient coordination. 

Throughout your event, you will have a dedicated manager who will serve as your point of contact, providing regular updates on any medical situations that may arise. While our team already possesses exceptional training, we also engage in continuous professional development (CPD) training in-house to stay abreast of the latest medical guidelines. Joshua Greer
Managing Director

Joshua started in the event industry back in 2016 as a steward and first aider, then progressing to getting his door supervisor badge in December 2017. From there he started spending more time at events gaining the knowledge and experience for the planning, organisation and understanding the legislation in organising events.

 

In 2019 he started working for a medical company specializing in events within the local area, from there he progressed to completing his First Person on Scene level 4 qualification. After working with them for a further few more months, he proceeded to go off on his own. 

 

As well as FPOS L4, Josh has a few more qualifications that assist with events that Blueline cover these include Water safety, Water rescue, Safety Boating, safeguarding, counter terrorism and Major incident training.

Ethan Close
Operation Manager

Ethan joined the event industry back in 2019 as a steward first aider and a door supervisor. From there he started to want to understand the event industry more so started to keep up to date with the purple guide, the event world bible. This allows him to help and advise new clients on what the legislation is advising and what is compulsory.

 

In 2022 he started working for Blueline as the resident vehicle manager and progressed from there after becoming an asset with all his knowledge within the industry, Ethans plan is to go for his FREC 4 and FREC 5 in the next 18 months.

 

As well as Ethan having his first aid quals and his range of event industry knowledge he also has a few more qualifications that assist with events that Blueline cover these include First aid Instructor, Water safety, Water rescue, Safety Boating, safeguarding, counter terrorism, CCTV and Major incident training.
